What constitutional right was infringed upon? It is no one's right to censor someone else's speech because it "offends" them. The only right that could possibly be infringed upon is the right to freedom of expression if this guy wins.

Wow, when I heard that I thought: "That is really crazy"! What is even more crazy is he will probably win if he gets the right judge. Court is a scarey place now a days. You never know what the outcome will be. You see I think... only Jesus can judge us without being partial. We humans, we have to fight off our perspectives that are born out of our life-path experiences... so I wonder how just is human justice anyway! I guess it was more just when judges where not taking the ten commandments off the wall of their courtroom and when they were bowing their knees before God Almighty! In this era... How just is justice? I rate it from 1 being just to 10 being not just... I give it an 8 which reflects the decline of God's spirit in our governmental officials!!
Lord Help us! Our justice system reaks of injustice!

@John,
Well if a judge in New York can try to sue for $54 Million because a dry cleaner lost his pants, why not? I really think this speaks more about the wacky judicial system more than anything else. I mean, there is no way that this should even get to a court room. Common sense should tell a person, if you disagree with something, don't look at it. Think about this, if this goes ahead, that is opening the door to a flood of cases. If something I watch on television disturbs me, well, lets just sue the network! If I happen to read a trashy Stephen King novel and get nightmares, well lets sue the author and publisher.

Incidentally, there is a church somewhere in the states, where a guy has decided to sue for $11 million, because someone failed to catch him when he went down, supposedly under God's power. He cracked his head open and injured his neck. When asked if this had ever happened before (falling), he said, "Yes, but there was always someone to catch me!)

Personally, I think your justice system is way out of control.

Unbelievable! What other publishers could we sue because of emotional distress? Hmm...how about the publishers of gay magazines? Or maybe we should sue the publishers of health books because they tell us being fat is bad. Incredible.

ridiculous! now can i try to get 70 mill because a homesexual sticker on a car created so much distress in me that i ran a red light and crashed and then had night mares all night? that is about how much sense these people make when they try to shun the Bible. it's been around for centuries, it ain't gona change people, especially when a country was founded on it! I am glad God is god and i am not because i would most likely zap everyone! lol
