KCF Coupon offer ENDS!

by David on May 7, 2009

Haha! The only suprise about KFC ending their grilled chicken meal coupon, is the fact that the President of KFC has an Australian accent. Who would have guessed it?

We are so sorry, but due to the overwhelming response to our FREE Kentucky Grilled Chicken meal coupon, we can no longer redeem the free coupon at this time. But we will honor our commitment to giving you a free Kentucky Grilled Chicken meal.

Please visit a participating KFC restaurant for a rain check form. Complete the form, attach your original coupon , and give it to the KFC restaurant manager or postmark per the form’s instructions, by May 19, 2009, and we’ll send you a rain check for your free Kentucky Grilled Chicken meal at a later date, plus a free Pepsi with our compliments. Your participating KFC restaurant will provide you with the form you need.

Please note that the redemption periods of the rain checks will vary. All other terms and conditions of the original free Kentucky Grilled Chicken coupon will apply.

Thank you for your understanding,
Roger Eaton

During this hard econ. time, KFC should have known that there would be a larger demand of people taking advance of a free meal. KFC’s should have better prepared for this and accommodate the needs of individuals.
Their a larger group of homeless people who have either loss their job/homes. Those who are having hard times making it to their next pay check. There are hard working people who have not had a pay raise in years and are in fear of losing their job due to budget cuts.
College students who are working longer hours, or a second job, to pay their tuition, as tuition has either increased, or will increase for the following semester/yr.

I think what KFC did and is doing is great. There should be no arguments. The problem was with people that printed multiple coupons driving around to 10 different KFC’for in one day trying to feed their entire family at the expense of KFC. Had the coupons been used as they should have been, one per person and not 10 per person KFC wouldn’t have to be giving out rainchecks. Anytime you abuse anything that if free it will not be free for long.
